Background
Chadwick D.G. Meyers is the owner of our law firm. As a personal injury attorney based out of Nashville, Chad has a deep understanding of personal injury law and has helped his clients get the justice they deserve.
Along with his outstanding legal expertise and experience, Chad understands the importance of listening to his clients and putting in the extra effort to ensure his clients understand their rights and the legal options they have based on the specifics of their case. Chad also believes in being accessible to his clients and ensures his clients can reach him over the phone or text at any time. He makes time to talk to each and every client that is interested in hiring the firm and makes sure each one knows that they can get him on the phone at any time.
Chad’s top practice areas include cases with catastrophic injuries involving car accidents, commercial vehicle accidents, negligent security, general personal injury claims, wrongful death and funeral home and crematory negligence. As Chad is focused in these areas, he has been able to develop a strong network of resources that help him gather evidence and prepare for the case.
During his early years, Chad grew up and often worked at his father’s funeral home in Missouri, where he gained an appreciation for helping people going through a challenging phase in life. His experience working at the funeral home fueled his ambition to go to law school and become a personal injury lawyer. He wanted to focus on practice areas where he could help those who suffered serious injuries or lost a loved one. Due to this focus, this gives Chad keen insight to handling cases against negligent funeral homes and crematories. Chad has made a name for himself in this niche and is consulted by lawyers across the nation on these types of cases.
Before becoming a top personal injury lawyer in Nashville, TN, Chad studied at the Nashville School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor (JD). For his pro bono work during Law School, the Supreme Court of Tennessee recognized Chad as the Law Student for Justice.

Chad’s willingness to take cases to trial and call the insurance companies bluff is what sets him apart from other lawyers. He never chooses the easy way out and is willing to try any case, in any court, against any lawyer.
His clients often share their appreciation for how Chad made them feel comfortable and never rushed them.
